A New Season Begins at Manifesto Market: New Flavours, Fresh Beats, and a Toast to Czech Craft
Summer arrives with bold energy at Manifesto Market Anděl. With the launch of a new beer bar, two exciting culinary additions, a signature cocktail menu from SOOT bar, and the introduction of “Sounds of Summer” — a new all-day music program every Saturday — Manifesto is reaffirming its role as Prague’s most dynamic food and culture destination.
A New Stage for Czech Brewing
Unbranded, unfiltered, and unforgettable — Manifesto’s brand-new beer bar is a love letter to Czech brewing culture. With up to 12 beers on tap, guests can explore the full spectrum of styles, from classic lagers like Pilsner Urquell and Budvar 33 to rotating craft favorites from Zichovec, Matuška, Obora, and more. A rotation every 2 months of microbrews and over 30 bottled and canned selections ensure something new every visit.
Beyond the taps, beer fans can expect monthly tap takeovers, food pairing pop-ups, and a curated beer-friendly snack menu developed by Alexandros Gavrilidis, the mind behind SOOT bar.
Designed by architect Sara Gomes, the bar is an amber-and-walnut space that pairs elegance with the laid-back energy of a summer beer garden.
New Culinary Concepts: From Istanbul to Mumbai
Two new restaurants join the Manifesto family this season:
Chef Kemal brings the bold, rich flavors of Turkish cuisine — from köfte, to kebabs, and house-made falafel. Founded by Chef Kemal Deniz, a culinary veteran with over 25 years of experience, the concept honors authentic traditions like while introducing Czech diners to lesser-known regional gems like mercimek çorbası (red lentil soup), börek, and baklava.
Naan by Lal Qila offers a vibrant celebration of Indian street food, from north to south. Highlights include buttery-soft kathi rolls, crispy kurkure chicken momos, tangy cocktail samosas, and comforting classics like butter chicken, rogan josh, and tandoori soya chaap. Chef, Shubhankar Chakravorty, and his team bring generations of experience and a wide menu that caters to both vegetarians and meat lovers.
And for a sweet seasonal treat, Fresca is popping up all summer long with natural “gelato naturale” and artisanal fruit popsicles — 100% natural, made without additives, and born from a mother’s wish to give her children better ice cream.

For Those Who Can’t Decide: Explore More Flavours at Once
Selected restaurants are offering a degustation menu with up to five dishes. So if you can’t choose one meal, try more specials at once and find your new favorite dish.
The degustation menu will be available from 300 CZK to 500 CZK with participating restaurants: Taiko, Gohan, NAPOKE, Holly Pasta and Dirty Dog.
Whether you’re craving a Japanese specialty, modern asian cuisine, homemade pasta, or street food full of flavors, the new degustation menu brings variety to every plate and all the more reasons to visit. Try more. Decide less.
Signature Cocktails That Taste Like Nature
This summer, SOOT bar unveils a new cocktail menu inspired by Czech nature and crafted using local ingredients. All infusions, cordials, bitters, and syrups are made in-house — often from foraged or locally sourced ingredients like linden blossom, blueberries, red currants, rhubarb, or flaxseed oil.
The classics include Old Barley with Monkey Shoulder – a special take on the Old Fashioned with barley malt and hops, Round & Around with moravian plums and tea, or a refreshing Clear Currant with red currant and tequila. The summer classics are accompanied by floral tones of Linden Light and a sparkling Rhubarb Kiss Spritz.
SOOT continues to lead the sustainable mixology movement in Prague, following its appearance at Prague Cocktail Week 2025.
Sounds of Summer: New Music Every Saturday
Manifesto Market is joining forces with Championship Music, a production company associated with Ben Cristovao, Jan Bendig, and Eva Burešová. Championship Music is influential in the Prague music scene, works with leading performers and organizes large-scale events.
This year they’re bringing Sounds of Summer to Manifesto. Every week a fresh new mix of young talent, well-known artists and DJs. The lineup changes every week so there’s always something new to explore. For an added layer of excitement the secret guests are revealed on the day of the performance. So whether you enjoy acoustic music, live bands, or dance rhythms, Manifesto is the spot where music meets a festival atmosphere. The entrance is free so anyone can find themselves in the middle of a private acoustic concert of the stars of the czech music scene.
