Beats for Love 2026 to welcome the world’s top female DJ and launch a brand-new winter edition

One of Europe’s leading electronic music festivals is set to return in full force. From July 1 to 4, the iconic industrial complex of Dolní Vítkovice in Ostrava will host more than 550 artists from across the global dance scene, reaffirming Beats for Love’s position among the world’s top music events. This year, organisers are also expanding the concept with a major new addition — the first-ever winter edition of the festival.

A summer highlight with global reach

Over the years, Beats for Love has grown into the largest electronic dance music festival in Central Europe, attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually. The 2026 edition promises an even richer programme, combining established global headliners with emerging talents and exclusive performances created specifically for the festival.

Among the most anticipated acts is Calvin Harris, one of the most influential names in electronic music. Known for global hits such as We Found Love, his rare appearances in Europe make his Ostrava performance one of the standout moments of the season. Another major draw is Marshmello, whose unique blend of electronic music and pop continues to resonate with audiences worldwide.

Adding a distinctive dimension to this year’s lineup is Padre Guilherme — a DJ and practicing priest whose performances combine electronic beats with a deeper, almost spiritual atmosphere, blurring the boundaries between club culture and introspective experience.

Charlotte de Witte brings techno to the forefront

A major highlight of the festival will be the performance of Belgian techno DJ and producer Charlotte de Witte, widely regarded as one of the most influential figures on today’s techno scene. Known for her dark, minimalist sound and hypnotic energy, she will take over the main stage on the festival’s final night.

“Charlotte’s work is instantly recognisable. Her sets have an intensity that completely draws you in and keeps you there until the very last beat,” says programme director Jiří Ramík.

Unique performances and exclusive premieres

Building on the success of previous editions, Beats for Love 2026 will once again offer exclusive shows and unexpected collaborations. The festival’s “Beats for Love Special” concept continues to evolve, bringing unique live performances tailored specifically for the event.

Fans of drum and bass can look forward to the Czech premiere of Ascension, a new show by Belgian artist Andromedik. Meanwhile, British artists Katy B and MS Dynamite will deliver a special back-to-back performance, combining powerful vocals with cutting-edge electronic production.

A new chapter: Beats for Love Winter

In addition to the summer festival, organisers have announced a major expansion of the brand. The first-ever Beats for Love Winter will take place from December 4 to 5, 2026, at the Brno Exhibition Centre.

“For the first time, we will bring the festival atmosphere into the winter season. Over one weekend, more than 30 top DJs will perform across two indoor stages,” says festival founder and director Kamil Rudolf.

The first confirmed headliner for the winter edition is Lost Frequencies, the Belgian DJ behind global hits such as Are You With Me and Reality. Ticket presales are set to begin on April 2.

Technology and comfort: the festival experience evolves

Beats for Love continues to innovate not only musically but also technologically. A new feature for 2026 is the Love Card, developed in cooperation with ČSOB bank. Available in both physical and digital form, it will offer visitors a range of benefits both at the festival and beyond.

At the same time, the event maintains its proven cashless payment system, ensuring smooth and secure transactions throughout the venue.

“People come for the music and the experience, not to wait in queues. Our goal is to make everything as simple and comfortable as possible,” says Martin Jarolím, CEO of ČSOB’s retail division.

Beyond music: a multi-layered festival universe

Beats for Love is no longer just a music event — it has evolved into a complex festival universe. The venue is divided into thematic zones, combining music with design, art installations, fashion, gastronomy and interactive experiences.

Partners contribute to this ecosystem with their own unique concepts. Visitors can explore dedicated zones, enjoy curated refreshments, or take part in social and interactive activities that enhance the overall atmosphere of the festival.

Dancing for a good cause

The festival also continues its charitable dimension through the Beats for Charity initiative, organised in cooperation with the ČEZ Group. Visitors can contribute simply by moving and dancing, using the EPP “Pomáhej pohybem” app, which converts physical activity into financial support for selected projects.

A festival that continues to grow

With its ambitious lineup, expanding concept and continuous innovation, Beats for Love 2026 confirms its role as one of Europe’s most dynamic music events. The addition of a winter edition marks a new chapter, extending the festival experience beyond the summer season.

For visitors, it promises not just music, but a complete, immersive experience — one that continues to redefine what a modern festival can be.
