A Strategic Step in Europe

In 2025 Chery is one of China’s largest automakers, with vehicles sold in more than 115 countries and a global user base of 17 million drivers worldwide.

Chery’s debut in the Czech Republic aligns with the rising demand for hybrid and plug-in hybrid models across Europe. By offering vehicles that combine affordability, efficiency, and rich equipment levels, the brand is positioning itself to compete effectively in one of Europe’s most established automotive markets.

This market entry follows a landmark global achievement: Chery has surpassed 5 million vehicles exported worldwide, a milestone that marks a strategic leap in its European expansion and underscores the brand’s resolute commitment to reaching its next million-unit target.

Demonstrating both ambition and capability, the brand recently completed a long-distance test drive from Athens (Greece) to Prague (Czech Republic). Over more than 3,000 kilometers, the Chery TIGGO family conquered diverse road conditions, showcasing the advancement of its CSH hybrid technology and reaffirming its readiness to meet European expectations.

With its growing global footprint and focus on innovation, Chery aims not only to capture market share but also to bring fresh competition, technology, and consumer choice to the Czech automotive industry.
